Tallinn Lillekyla Gymnasium

TLG was my first employer in 1999, when I started to work there as an IT manager. A year later I began to teach computer science courses such as web publishing and programming. I had a fortunate chance to work with very innovative teachers, who were interested in using ICT and new teaching methods. This guided me to the field of educational technology and pushed me to develop VIKO learning environment.

I enjoyed my work very much, but unfortunately there are limited possibilities for career in a school. Therefore I left to Tallinn University in 2003.

I returned to TLG in January 2006 as a part-time project manager. My special interest is to get teachers using social software, open content and learning environments, because this is needed for the success of CALIBRATE project (and my doctoral thesis).
